我们经常唱的赞美诗歌里有不少是从圣经里取出的哦。。
所以今天的目的除了是要大家一起唱唱歌，纾解压力外，同时也希望大家能从中感受神的话语、寻找神的美意。。
不开心时也可听听诗歌，让心灵得平静和安宁。。

Long time no see.
How's everyone doing? As the end of the semester is approaching, we may be busy with assignments and final exam. As for semester sixers like me, we have our practicum and final year project to worry. Mine even includes laboratory works.
Despite all these worries and cares, we should not forget to pray, talk to God and spend time with Him. It's vital to maintain a good relationship with him especially during these crucial weeks. For Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Be it physical burdens, spiritual burdens or relationships or just anything... Cast your cares on the lord and he will sustain you; He will never let the righteous fall. ~Psalm 55:22~
大家久违了。还过得好吗？学期快到结尾了。我们应该忙着功课和考试吧。像我这样的第六学期生，我们还要担忧实习和论文。我的还有包括实验。
当大家还在忙着这些那些，要记得祷告，花时间与阿爸父谈天。尤其在这个忙碌的时候，我们更应该要和上帝保持良好的关系。耶稣说，凡劳苦担重担的人可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。(太 11:28)
无论是肉体的重担，属灵的，人际关系的，或者什么都好。。。你要把你的重担卸给耶和华，他必抚养你；他永不叫义人动摇。(诗 55:22)
